Definitions

A Vintage Playing Cards: refers to the gift box supplied by Vintage Playing Cards to the customer.

The Customer: means the customer who makes a purchase

Making the contract

Your order is an offer by you which we will accept by sending you an email confirming the order you have placed.

Payment

We accept all major credit/debit cards via a secure server.

All prices quoted include VAT.

Delivery

Vintage Playing Cards will endeavour to ensure that via special delivery all boxes are received by the customer within two working days of dispatch by Vintage Playing Cards.

Orders received after 2.00pm will not be dispatched until the following day and any orders received after 2.00pm on a Friday will not dispatched until the following Monday.

If you would like to send a box outside of the UK, please email us for a quote for postage and packaging.

Stock Availability

Vintage Playing Cards try to maintain stock levels but from time to time products may be unavailable. In such a case we will replace the out to stock item with something similar of the same or of a greater value.

Returns

In the unlikely event that the customer is in any way unhappy with our product the customer may cancel this agreement by contacting Vintage Playing Cards in writing within 7 working days after the delivery date and returning the box at the Customers own cost. If on receipt of the returned box it is unused and in its original packaging a full refund will be offered. This right can only be exercised by the Customer and not the recipient of the box.

Vintage Playing Cards cannot be held responsible for any returned goods which fail to reach us and we therefore recommend that for your own protection a recorded delivery service is used to return any items.

If Vintage Playing Cards has not been notified of any defect in the box within 7 working days of delivery the customer shall be deemed to have accepted the delivery.

Complaints

If you have any complaints about our website, the service you have received or any of our products please contact us by email.

Limitation of Liability

Vintage Playing Cards shall not be liable for loss, deterioration, damage, wear or expense arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the following :

• Minor variations in colour, texture, shade and /or general appearance from that shown on our website
• Any circumstances over which Vintage Playing Cards had no control of the consequences and which Vintage Playing Cards could not avoid by the exercise of reasonable care.
• If Vintage Playing Cards is prevented from carrying out its obligations to the Customer by a cause beyond its reasonable control, including fire, flood, storm, failures of sub-contractors or transport, industrial action or acts of God, Vintage Playing Cards will not be liable for any failure or delay. However Vintage Playing Cards will endeavour to find any alternative available to fulfil the contract wherever possible.
